HAVANA (Reuters) - Cuban state television on Sunday showed the first video of ailing leader Fidel Castro in more than a year, where she appears talking animatedly with a group Venezuelan law.
images in about six minutes, Castro, 83, sits chatting with a dozen young graduates of the University of Carabobo in Venezuela.

"In any tragedy, the man can do much. You can make things almost impossible," he said.
"He who does not believe the man will not ever be revolutionary," he said.
Castro gave his visitor a copy of his latest reflections, such as calls to columns regularly published on the Internet.
